These 4 HardOffs are (in order from Yokohama Station):
- Tsurugamine (big one with a HardOff, OffHouse and Daiso in the same building)
- Minamimakigahara (small and not so great)
- Seya (another big one with an OffHouse, but not so cheap)
- Kashiwadai (a long way from the station but with an OffHouse and some interesting items)

This is a big baby. One stop before Futamatagawa, on the local train (NOT express!). A good chance of finding a bargain here. Contains a HardOff and an OffHouse on the second floor. A Daiso (100yen store) on the third floor. Parking for 500!!!! Yowza.
here are two photos I took of this place.
The front:

It's about 1km from the station. An easy walk. A gently sloping hill to walk up on the way there. Almost straight, all the way. You'll cross highway 40 after about 400m or so from the station. Keep on going past that and you'll see theHardOff building on the right side.
Again, it will be a good idea to googlesearch the address and click on maps to zoom have a look a the area yourself. Here's the address to copy and paste:
神奈川県横浜市旭区鶴ヶ峰本町1-27-13
Okay, some pics from inside:
Here's a view of the HardOff.
It's not bad.
The OffHouse has a small section for camping equipment.
You may find some bargains here. There is also a small area with cheap cups and various brik-a-brac. You may find a cool glass or two. They have a nice selection of home appliances (coffee makers, ice cream machines, toasters, etc). There may be a telescope or two here. They have a few models and toys for the collector. Not a bad place to check out. Recommended. It's one of the better ones.
You may even find something completely unexpected.

Minamimakigahara HardOff:
To get to this place, you may have to change trains at Futamatagawa (the station after Tsurugamine), so decide if it's worth it to go there, then back to Futamatagawa to the much better Seya HardOff.
It's not so far from the Station but it can be tricky. The area is highly residential and has a lot of small hills. It's easy to lose your way.
Here's the official Japanese map:
I think this is a really crap map.
Here's my GoogleEarth route:
It's less than 0.5km, so not so far. Again, North is vertically up, so you'll be walking South from the station.
I think the green line is the easiest way to go, without getting lost!
The address:

Personally, I don't go out to this place very often. Nothing much there.
p.s. if you carry on this line all the way, you will get to Shonandai (an interesting little hardoff and 2 small but not so special recycle stores).

Seya HardOff/OffHouse:
This place is also pretty big. not as big as Tsurgamine, but not bad. Parking for 160.
Here's the Japanese map:

Here's my GoogleEarth recommended route:
One interesting landmark to note is the hairdressers, along the way. Keep an eye out for this place:
Great name for attracting customers. I almost shat myself, laughing. Sometimes it just boggles the mind. How many people were involved in the naming process? What about the designers for the sign and the people erecting the big letters? Everyone here has around 5 or 6 years of intensive English education. This is just a great indicator of how good that education is. No one could tell them that they have named their pride and joy after some Vulgar Slang - a past tense and a past participle of s-h-i-t. I think they didn't like me taking pictures. I guess they are fed up of all the foreigners taking photos of their shop. I didn't have the heart to tell them why.
Carry on past SHAT and soon you'll come to a highway (40). Turn right and go down and then uphill to a crossroads and take a right there (onto 45)and soon you'll hit the HardOff on the right. It's about a km away from the station. Here's a GoogleEarth route:

It's best to follow the route and not try to make a 'short cut', as I did. I found myself with a 20 foot vertical concrete wall between me and the HardOff.
Bugger. I still had to walk back and take the original route to get around it.

Kashiwadai HardOff/OffHouse:
This baby is an interesting HardOff but it's a long way from the Station. It's about 5 or 6km from Kashiwadai Station.

Here's the Japanese map:
It's not so easy to find. I've cycled past it. Also, according to the HardOff homepage, there are two HardOffs in this area.
I spent friggin ages looking for them both. Cycled miles and miles, got lost on at least 4 or 5 occasions, did a 40km figure of eight and passed the exact location given in the Hardoff homepage at least 4 times. I concluded that the web designer or the Hardoff people themselves screwed up. Either that or there is a GHOST Hardoff. Ooer!
Okay, back to this real Hardoff.
Here's me GoggleEarth map:
Here's a close up, as you come South down highway 42:

There are some good bargains to be had in this out of the way store.
Here are a few interesting bargains:
Mountain bike. Folding. Just over 6,000yen. Bargain. I already have one (paid 5980 yen for my Attacker - sweet.).
BBQ set. 550yen. Bargain. A good size. I already have one this size (actually paid 300yen for mine - super awesome!).
Some..thing. Based on the popular comedian, Hard Gay Razor Ramon. This thing pops out and I didn't look too closely too find out exactly where.
This is who I'm talking about:
Finally, something for the men (or the occasional lady):
You never know when you may need an anus shaver.
Happy hunting.
p.s. if you decide to go here from Sagamiono station, say hi to the big gorilla.
